Warranty and Trade-in Policy

• The store does not buy back any products under any circumstances (customers may sell or pawn them as usual, as they are genuine diamonds and gold).
• Orders cannot be cancelled for any reason once placed.
• For products valued at 30,000 THB or more, one free replating is provided within one year, or one free resizing of up to two sizes from the original size purchased (if exceeding one year, there will be a fee depending on the size of the setting).
• Free lifetime cleaning service.
• Warranty against diamond loss within 2 months, excluding cases where the diamond falls out due to customer usage, such as impact, chipping, or bending, which will incur a charge (subject to inspection). Wear and tear of the setting in any case resulting from customer usage, such as chipping, thinning of the band, breakage, scratches, or snapped chains, is not covered by the store's warranty.

 Product Exchange Policy

• For exchanges of purchased products, a minimum deduction of 15% applies, evaluated based on the condition of the product in all cases, or the current market price of gold and diamonds on the day of the trade-in.
• Products cannot be exchanged for items of a lower price under any circumstances.
• Products must be in perfect condition and must not have been modified.
• The warranty card and institute certificate (if applicable) must be presented in all cases.
• Non-exchangeable items include:
