Most clients come to us with similar problems: the original design doesn't match their personal style, or the fit is uncomfortable—perhaps too large or too small. There are also concerns about the condition of the piece, such as dented gold or loose diamonds, which affect both the appearance and durability. Some clients want to add diamonds or extra details to enhance its elegance, or simply adjust the design to be more practical and easier to wear in everyday life, rather than just on special occasions.

Our jewelry redesign process

1. Receive the jewelry from the client, take photos, and record full details:

• Original gold weight and diamond specs

• Basic diamond information (weight, color, quantity)

• Diamond/gemstone certificate number (if any)

2. Design consultation with the client to discuss preferred styles, such as:

• Preferring minimalist, luxurious, or vintage styles

• Wanting to use all existing diamonds, add more diamonds, or reduce the overall weight

3. Preliminary price estimation

After the initial design, we will provide a quote based on:

• The value of the original gold, which can be deducted from the cost

• The gold and diamond weight of the new piece

• Craftsmanship fees: complex, detailed, or custom designs are priced based on production difficulty

• Additional diamond/gemstone costs (if any): if you wish to add small diamonds or gemstones, there will be an additional cost based on the actual price

4. Production

Once the client confirms the design and price, we proceed with production immediately, providing regular status updates. Production time takes at least 1 month.

5. Delivery with a warranty card

Upon completion, we deliver the jewelry with a warranty card and full documentation of the piece.
